This is my story. If parts of it feel like yours -
you're exactly who this was built for.
"I believe women navigating gray divorce aren't Broken - they're Unfinished.
Not incomplete. Not 'not enough.'
Like a butterfly, they're in metamorphosis - transforming into the life they were always meant to live."
I've been divorced - twice.
The second time, I was in my late fifties. Almost twenty years of marriage — gone.
I want to tell you it was the marriage ending that broke something in me. But that's not quite true.
What broke me was the days after the dust settled. Sitting in my new home that was suddenly, unbearably quiet, and realizing I didn't know who I was without a role to play.
I'd spent decades being what everyone needed. A wife. A mother. The one who held it together when a parent got sick, when a child struggled, when someone — anyone — needed steadying. I was good at it. I built a whole identity out of being needed.
And then, almost overnight, no one needed me in the same way anymore.
I looked around for the woman I used to be — the one with passions, with a voice, with a life of her own outside of everyone else's — and I couldn't find her. I searched for something, anything, that felt like mine.
There was nothing there.
Just a blank canvas. And underneath the fear of that blankness, something quieter and more terrifying: I knew, somewhere deep down, that I was supposed to be living a completely different life. I just had no idea how to build it.

I did what you're supposed to do. I found a therapist.
She was kind. She was credentialed. She listened.
And it still didn't touch the real wound.
Because here's what I came to understand, session after session: she had never lived this. She hadn't sat in a quiet house at 2am rebuilding an identity from nothing after twenty years of disappearing into someone else's needs. She could hold space for my pain, but she couldn't recognize it — not the way you recognize something you've survived yourself.
It felt clinical. Correct, even. But it didn't feel true.
I went looking for something else — anything built specifically for women like me, navigating gray divorce, standing at the edge of a life they didn't choose and don't know how to leave behind. I found support groups. I found advice columns. I found a hundred versions of "stay busy" and "give it time."
I didn't find anyone who had actually lived it and come out the other side ready to guide someone else through.

So I decided to become that person myself.

Rebuilding wasn't a program. It wasn't five steps or a weekend retreat.
It was going back into the parts of myself I had buried — deliberately, one layer at a time — to find the woman who existed before I became everything to everyone else. The woman with a marketing career. A corporate executive. The small business owner. The woman who wrote. The woman who had ideas and opinions and a spark that had nothing to do with being useful to somebody.
She hadn't disappeared. She'd just been buried under decades of caregiving — for a spouse, for children, for an ill parent, for everyone whose needs came before my own for so long that I forgot I was allowed to have any.
Uncovering her wasn't comfortable. Some of it was the hardest, most honest work I've ever done. But somewhere in that process, the fear started to lift. The blank canvas stopped feeling empty and started feeling like possibility.
I began to see, clearly, for the first time in years: I wasn't Broken. I wasn't behind. I was Unfinished — mid-transformation, Becoming something I hadn't let myself Become yet.
That's where The Unfinished Woman — Still. Becoming. was born.
Not from a business plan. From a conviction I couldn't shake: that women coming out of gray divorce aren't Broken — they're in metamorphosis. They still have dreams. Passions. Expertise. A mark to make on the world. They've just forgotten, because for so long, remembering wasn't allowed to be the priority.
I built this because I needed someone who had actually lived it to walk beside me — and because I couldn't find her, I decided to Become her for the women coming after me.

Here's what I know now that I didn't know then:
You are not too late. You are not too much. You are not starting from nothing.
You are Unfinished — which means everything is still possible.

My calling is simple:
"To sit with women exactly where I once sat, and help them find their way through the quiet — not by fixing them, because they were never Broken, but by holding space while they remember who they've always been underneath everyone else's needs."
This isn't therapy. It isn't theory. It's one woman who has lived exactly what you're living, walking beside you as you Become her again.
If any part of this felt like your own story — I built something for exactly this moment.
Begin to Become is a single 60-minute session, $197, designed for the woman ready for one honest conversation and one clear next step.

Still Sessions is the full six-week journey — from the spiral, to sleeping through the night, to becoming the woman you've always had the potential to be.
You don't have to know which one is right yet. You just have to be willing to Begin.
When the house became too quiet, whether it was mid-morning or in the evening before bed, I had spiraling thoughts that centered around "what ifs" - and spiraled into questioning every decision I made, I realized I needed to learn how to calm myself and stop the thoughts that served no positive purpose.
So, I created a 10-minute reset to slow my breathing, come back to center, and fall asleep without the unproductive thoughts. If this sounds like you, click below for your FREE 10-minute audio reset.
When I described what I was feeling and how I helped myself quiet the chaos to women in my social groups and online forums, I had dozens of requests for the audio reset.
